ALTERED BOOK UPDATE and ANOTHER ALTERED BOOK UPDATE (I know, I'm not very original when it comes to titling my blogs!)
Our Twilight Moms Altered Book round robin should have been completed by now with our TWILIGHT book but due to "life" and a few other happenings, we're running a bit behind. I have 3 more books to work in after I receive them and then I'll finally have my book returned to me! I'm so excited to finally see it and see all the creative, artistic work that's been completed in it!
So here's my past few spreads that I've done in others books.

This is pretty cool. So...after you alter the books you then really cannot read the book...right? Hmmm...art certainly and beautiful from what I have seen but not reading the words that is hard for me to grasp.
Your layouts are phenomenal and impressive. I cannot fathom the time you spent. How long did it take? How long do you think it took you to come up with your layout idea? I look forward to the day that I can actually craft with some sort of brain-cell intact (without distractions).

Thanks. No, you can't really read the books afterwards. But they are really cool and kinda creatively tell the story....it's really neat.
When I get on a roll with scrapbooking I just roll the layouts out. But then I kinda burn out and have to take a break. I usually know what photos I want and embellishments, paper, etc.. but then I just slap it together. Next Saturday I'm doing an all day crop with my sisterinlaw. I'm anxious to do that but I really have to get organized.
